Keeps going on.

Monday..

Normally, this day has been my first schoolday. Normally, we have been figured out my schedule for the next semester. Normally, we have been going to the movie theather to see the new film "Yes, man!" But... there was a blizzard. So the school was closed and the road conditions were to bad to open the MT for just 3 people.
Monday was were boring because you just don't know what to do. We sat around the whole day and just did nothing..


Tuesday..

My first "schoolday" startet with an 90 minutes delay.. The diffrence between Germany and the U.S. is, that ther Americans don'T cancel the lessons before, no every lesson lasts just half an hour than usually three quarter of an hour. In the first hour I made out my schedule with Mr Hansch and with Laken.. In America they use the schedule for every day, so it wasn't that difficult to find some courses. And I got my locker :)

1 Spanish III
2 12TH P.E.
2 Sr. English
3 PreCalculus
4 Advanced Drawing and Painting
5 STUDY TIME
6 U.S. History II
7 Family Consicious Science
8 Independent Biotech
9 Government

I had to take Government (politics), which will be the hardest course, I think, and U.S. History II (from beginning of the 20th century)
Sr. English and Physical Education (sports) change every day. PreCalculus is the hardest math course for the last grade at the school but I took a look at the book and it seems to be the same as the german do in the 10th grade. Sr. English is a course for the Seniors where they could prepare for the future, like portofolios and we have to do a charitative project to get graduated. So yes, I will get my american High School graduation ;) Adv. Drawing and Painting is a art course, Study Time the time when I'm allowed do my homework. Fam. Cons. Sci. is a course where we sew and do handcrafts. Wist I wanted to do Textiles and Fashion but this course is not opend the 2nd semester :( Independent Biotech is something between Chemistry and Biology.
The next lessons Martin and Zaneta, two Foreign Exchange Students from Germany and Czechia, took me to diffrent lessons and presented me some of the students.

This night was players night, that means that the bears from another school came over and played basketball against all of our teams. The Varsity girls and boys lost both, the senior girls won with 10 points and the senior boys lost too. But at the beginning till almost the end of the 3rd quater it seemed that they'll win. The games went on till 9.30 pm because the light just didn't want to light up and the Cheerleader had to cheer up the crowd :D
This night it began to snow and...


Wednesday

... because of this, the school was closed again today ... Now, I'm doing some chores and preparing for the Fotoshoot for the senior pictures :)
